The course is structured into three sections, each spanning four weeks. Moving into the second four weeks, the main coursework will involve guiding friends and family through CT and exchanging video reviews of selected sessions. Following this, there will be a one-week break to review and reinforce acquired skills before entering the final four-week section of the course, which entails working with clients from the wider community.
